I suffer from SAD and anxiety.
I took anti-anxiety drug like depas, but don’t want to take it anymore since a side impact is terrible.

If there is a supplement or drug with out a side impact ,by effect very same as antianxiety drug such as depas and the diazepam, please teach it.

Get some counseling rather of using these drugs. At times they make you worse. Find out to believe positively.

There is a lot of stuff in our world to be sad about. Our society doesn’t really care about the people in it anymore and it places value on status achieved in culture bent around consumption rather than critical thinking and creative problem solving. It has become the norm for people to be in denial of problems and to ostracize people that want them solved instead. Try understanding that you have to love who you are as difficult as it might be with all of the people out there thinking you should just be a superficial yes man like them. I have also found that becoming more self sufficient and making more of what I need and relying on others less is quite uplifting. Friendships are not built on dependency they are built on commonality and fondness. Oh in herbology the herbs St. Johns Wort, and Valerian are helpful but read up on them first.

Try a natural alternative to the drugs for anxiety. I use Panicyl. Usually they have less side effects or no side effects and wont make you tired all the time. Also cut down on alcohol and caffeine

I am actually on Celexa which is a medication. But I want to get off because it has the worst side effects plus its addictive so withdrawl effects are an issue.

My friend actually told me that it is good to take St. Johns Wart, Vitamin B groups like B6, B16, B12…and Choline.

also if you are going through Depression, Omega 3 helps.

Also look into 5-HTP
These are all good supplements for SAD. I am going to be trying this!
